ColdPlate-CFD-2000sims: Liquid-Cooled Dual-Chip Pin-Fin Cold Plate CFD Dataset

This dataset contains 2000 steady-state CFD simulations of a liquid-cooled dual-chip pin-fin cold plate, published on HuggingFace as a mirror of the Dryad deposit. The collection includes the POD-NN surrogate model trained on these simulations and reproducible code for all figures in the primary article published in AI Thermal Fluids journal. The dataset supports rapid design exploration and optimization of thermal management systems for electronic cooling applications.
